Spring ISD Parents, Students and Campus Staff:
In Spring ISD, we know that engagement with all of our stakeholders helps drive our success. And our success is defined by the evolving needs of all our students and facilitating successful outcomes for them. To do that, we need to keep the lines of communication open.
One way we engage with you and receive your important feedback is through our annual School Quality Survey, which is now available at www.SpringISD.org/SpringSurvey.
The survey asks for your input on safety and behavior, student support, academic preparation, family involvement, and school leadership. The survey results will help us measure our progress in meeting the goals of our strategic plan. Administrators will also use your input to develop targeted, effective improvement plans for their schools.
The online survey can be taken on any computer, tablet, or smartphone. Parents can also request a paper survey at their campus. The survey is offered in English, Spanish and Vietnamese.
Students in grades 6-12 can take the survey in school. And a shorter version of the survey is available to students in grades 3-5.
All responses are strictly confidential. Final reports will only include overall findings.
Thank you for your continued support and commitment to helping all of our students flourish!

This morning at Cooper ES, we had the honor of welcoming Steve Prusak, President and CEO of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, who took time out of his busy schedule to read to our second graders as a part of the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation and the Ladies for Literacy Guild. From the looks of things, he had more fun then the students.

Celebrating Serenity Vaughn on her project for Career Day. Serenity inspires to become a judge one day. She focused her project on Judge Takasha L. Francis, 152nd Civil Court and in doing so was invited to witness the swearing of Judge Francis. What a way to start your career path to becoming a judge one day!

On behalf of the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation (BBHLF) and the Ladies for Literacy Guild, Cooper ES would like to give a shoutout to our team and thanking them for the Reading Roundup lessons for our second graders.
